GAMBIA TRANSIT VISAS: Transit visas for Gambia are required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to a third country within 2 hours without leaving the airport, provided holding confirmed onward tickets
GAMBIA HEALTH: Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving from endemic or infected areas. Infants under 1 year are exempt.

Hints for Gambia: When Muslim conventions apply, visitors should be perceptive to unfamiliar local customs. It is the convention to use the right and not the left hand when shaking hands and passing or receiving anything. On social occasions be punctual and dress as for business meetings unless otherwise indicated. The minimum drinking age is 18 years
