KYRGYZSTAN VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa:For stays of up to 2 months to nationals of: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States Of America, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, Qatar, Brunei Darussalam & Bahrain.
For stays of up to 1 month to holders of diplomatic and service passports of the following States: Republic of Hungary, People's Republic of China (also for the holders of the ordinary passports for service assignment), Uzbekistan & Turkmenistan.
Visa-free regime is also valid for citizens of the following CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Mongolia (up to 3 months), Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Russia, Ukraine.
KYRGYZSTAN TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to another country within 48 hours provided holding confirmed tickets and documents for their onward journey
KYRGYZSTAN HEALTH: A reciprocal health agreement for medical treatment exists with the United Kingdom. In order to obtain treatment some proof of United Kingdom residence such as a UK passport will be required.
There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, TB, Tetanus, Tick-Borne Encephalitis & Typhoid.
Risks: Malaria, exists from Jun-Sep in some southern & western parts, mainly in Batken, Osh & Zhele-Abadskaya provinces in areas bordering Tajikistan & Uzbekistan. Rabies.
