Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x Passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
You must show proof of where you will be staying, either with hotel bookings or if you are staying with friends or family, an invitation letter.
booking confirmation showing entry and exit from China. If you are applying for a double entry visa then all flights must be accounted for.
A copy of your Yellow Fever Certificate.

Transit visas for Burundi are required by all except those continuing their journey to a third country without leaving the airport
(Compulsory vaccinations:) Yellow fever certificate if arriving from infected areas. It is also recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month have the follwing up to date immunisations: Cholera, diphtheria, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria, meningitis, polio, TB, tetanus & typhoid.
