Downloaded from above, printed, completed and signed in Capital Letters with a black pen and sent back to Travcour
It must be valid for at least the next 6 months when you apply for the visa, with at least two blank pages remaining. The passport should be in acceptable condition. If not there is a chance your application would be rejected.
2 x passport photos. The photos should be (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!). If you cannot get a photo yourself then we can print one for you from a digital copy.
Hotel booking confirmation.
Flight booking confirmation.
A copy of your yellow fever certificate.
Embassy may request a full itinerary.

Kindly ensure all the fields of the visa application form are completely filled before submitting. If a question does not apply, please put ‘N/A’. You must fill in the form with black ink and using BLOCK CAPITALS.
Citizens of the following countries can visit Sierra Leone without a visa:
Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Togo
Required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to another country by the same aircraft, within 24 hours provided they do not leave the airport.
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving from infected areas.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.
Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies.
The weather between Oct-Apr is dry with hot, sunny days. The rainy season is between May-Sep which reaches a peak in Jul-Aug & is wetter on the coast than inland. Temperatures are high all year on the coast rising even higher during the dry season inland.
